ENT LAW LLC WELCOMES MS. DUC NGO AS PARTNER

ENT Law LLC is pleased to announce that Ms. Duc Ngo has joined the firm as a Partner, leading our practices in investment advisory, IPO and capital markets, finance and banking, international trade, and inbound and outbound investment.

Her appointment marks a significant step in the firm’s strategy: expanding from a traditional corporate legal advisory platform into an integrated legal – financial – international trade advisory model that speaks directly to our clients’ investment and capital-raising decisions.

Ms. Duc Ngo brings to ENT Law LLC some 20 years of experience in banking and finance, including senior positions at Techcombank and VPBank. She holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Economic Law, a dual foundation that allows her to read a transaction through two lenses at once: its legal structure and its flow of capital.

Since 2014, she has focused on FDI investment, international trade and export, personally leading several enterprises:

• Owner of Hong Ngoc Company (2014 – present): FDI investment and project development in Vietnam, working alongside foreign investors and partners.
• Chairman at Green Star Vietnam Import – Export JSC (2020 – present): exporting Vietnamese coffee and agricultural products to international markets.
• Owner of AURIRICE: developing and exporting Vietnamese fresh rice vermicelli and pho, with products present in the United States, Europe, India, Japan and South Korea.

Ms. Duc Ngo’s arrival directly complements the firm’s existing strengths:

1. Legal advice anchored in financial feasibility: Her credit appraisal and risk management experience at bank level enables ENT Law to answer not only “is this lawful?”, but also “can it be structured, financed, and defended before an investor?”
2. Added depth for our FDI client base: ENT Law LLC advises a growing portfolio of Korean, Chinese and other foreign investors. Her hands-on experience working with foreign investors and operating FDI projects adds an insider’s perspective to our investment licensing, corporate establishment, M&A and restructuring services.
3. IPO and capital markets capability: Her corporate finance and banking background strengthens the Firm’s ability to advise on IPO readiness, corporate governance, financial and legal transparency, and capital raising.
4. International trade and two-way investment: Having personally built export chains into the United States, the EU, Japan, South Korea and India, she brings practical command of international sales contracts, Incoterms, cross-border payment, rules of origin and technical barriers to trade, a natural foundation for advising Vietnamese enterprises on outbound investment.
5. A shared language with business clients: As an active entrepreneur, Ms. Duc Ngo advises from the position of someone who has made commercial decisions and lived with their consequences.
