Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh (Partner)

Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh is our partner who is in charge of corporate matters for our clients at the firm. He has had some 15 years of experience working alongside with giant business corporations as an in-house counsel and a solution-provider to the management of whom he provides the services. Mr. Thanh possesses strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organizations. His ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the organization’s legal departments across all businesses is a great asset to our firm.

Mr. Thanh also had some years working as an executive at the Vietnam Competition Authority under the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and currently holds the position as the Vice President of Vietnam Consumers Protection Association, where he has extended his personal network with many government agencies, which eventually help clients seek advice or consultation for some unclear and complicated legal issues.  Mr. Thanh’s experience in both corporate counselling and in-house legal departments gives him a valuable perspective when effectively assisting our clients, having sat on their side of the table.
