Mr. Dang Thai Hung is the senior partner of ENT Law who graduated from Vietnam National University – The School of Law with a LLB and later with a LLM. He also obtained certain degrees and certificates with high qualification in contract negotiation and business management. Possessing strong background and in-depth knowledge of Vietnamese legal market, Mr. Hung has been, for years, recognized as “a highly recommended lawyer” in the legal community. His areas of expertise include, inter alia, foreign direct investment, merger and acquisition, contract negotiation and preparation, joint-venture, banking and finance, private equity, general corporate and enterprises.
He has had intensive experiences dealing with many high-profile cases, both domestically and oversea, such as US and European companies, financial institutions, foreign funds and many Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese and Singaporean investors seeking business opportunities in Vietnam. He also has represented many giant State-owned-enterprises setting footprints for overseas investment in the South East Asia and elsewhere.
