Mr. Tran Si Vy is the Managing Partner of ENT Law. He earned his LL.B. from Hanoi Law University and later obtained his LL.M. from the TLBU Graduate School of Law in Seoul, South Korea.
Mr. Vy has been practising law for over 20 years and has accumulated extensive expertise throughout his career. His main practice areas include corporate law, M&A, investment, corporate governance, labor, contracts, real estate transactions and commercial dispute resolution.
Mr. Vy also has extensive experiences in negotiating high-value contracts and leads advisory teams in negotiating complex transactions across all investment sectors (such as business cooperation contracts, joint-venture agreements, and capital contribution agreements, etc), M&A transactions (including share transfer agreement, shareholders’ agreements, and technical support contracts), as well as contracts in the construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
Before leading ENT Law, Mr. Vy spend around 10 years as Head of Corporate Advisory and Partner at Leadco Legal Counsel, where he achieved significant professional milestones and was recognized as a “highly recommended business lawyer in Vietnam” by renowned legal ranking organizations such as Legal500 and Chambers&Partners. He is also a regular contributor to legal journals and frequently lectures at universities across the country to share his knowledge and insights on legal practice and career development.
Mr. Vy represents both domestic and international clients across various industries, including real estate, energy, insurance, infrastructure, telecom and healthcare. His clients include economic organizations, lenders, project developers, contruction companies, and contractor. He has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) particularly arbitration, including both domestic arbitration (such as VIAC) and international arbitration (such as SIAC). In addition to being a commercial lawyer, Mr. Vy is also served as an arbitrator at Southern Trade Arbitration Centre (STAC) and is a regular lecturer at the Faculty of law – Hanoi Open University, as well as a visiting lecturer at several universities across the country.
