Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang is special counsel of ENT Law and in charge of Real-Estate & Construction practice of the firm, an area in which he has extensive experience through holding inhouse-counsel leadership role at some real estate corporations such as BRG, Alphanam or Fecon. Mr. Hoang has also practiced law at certain famous law firms in Vietnam such as Vission&Associates or Leadco Legal Counsel.
With more than 10 years of experience working in domestic and international real estate corporations, Mr. Hoang has in-depth knowledge in the fields of finance, real estate and hotel services, especially those related to the management and operation of hotels, resorts, condotel apartments and officetels. He represents Vietnamese investors in negotiations with leading international hotel management groups such as Marriott, IHG, AHS, BWS, Ascott. He also represents foreign investors to negotiate and make a deal with project owners such as Vin Group, BIM Group or FLC Group on issues related to operation management, IP rights, rights and obligations of operators, investors, owners, business cooperation models, and resolving disputes during hotel operation, real estate leasing and exploitation management activities, etc.
