Ms. Tran Thien Thanh is the partner of ENT Law who works under the collaboration with the firm and in charge of financial advice, accounting, auditing and enterprise restructuring. She graduated from National Economics University with a BA and obtained various degrees and qualifications in tax management and auditing/accounting consultancy. Ms. Thanh also joined VACPA, VTCA, VAA and many other professional associations and networks as an active -member. Her main expertise and professional skills include, inter alia, accounting-auditing services in banking, finance, insurance, securities, energy and environment, engineering and hospitality.
With some 15 years of experiences, Ms. Thanh possesses in-depth knowledge on a broad range of accounting and auditing work, which help clients enhance their financial capabilities and operate in a financially proper manner. For many years, she has been working with government bodies and agencies, international banks and financial institutions, State-owned business groups as well as private and public companies in all sectors of business involving accounting/auditing practices. She also acts as a financial adviser to certain significant M&A transactions as a leader of a financial due-diligence team; and further provides corporate finance work for clients ranging from medium businesses to multinational corporations.
