Mr. Tran Si Vy (Managing Partner)

Mr. Tran Si Vy is the Managing Partner of ENT Law. He graduated from Hanoi Law University with a LLB and later earned a LLM from TLBU Graduate School of Law in Seoul, Korea. Mr. Vy has been practising law for more than 15 years and has acquired many experiences in this period. He concentrates his practice primarily on general corporate, M&A, investment, corporate governance, employment, contracts, real property transactions and commercial dispute settlement. Mr. Vy also has extensive experiences negotiating high-value contracts and has been lead negotiator of many other complex transactions related to all aspects of investment (e.g., business cooperation contracts, joint-venture agreements), business acquisition (e.g., share purchase agreement, shareholders’ arrangements, technical assistance agreements, etc) and construction, lease and ownership of real property.

Prior to leading ENT Law, he had some 10 years working as Corporate Team Leader and Senior Partner of Leadco Legal Counsel, where has been recognized for his professional accomplishment by being named as “highly recommended business lawyer in Vietnam” by many well-known rating publications including Legal500 and Chambers&Partners. He frequently writes articles and gives lectures at certain universities throughout the country where he shares his thoughts and skills on development of lawyer career with others.

Mr. Vy represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of industries, including real estate, energy, insurance, infrastructure, telecom and healthcare. His clients include economic organizations, lending institutions, developers, builders, contractors, etc. He also has vast experience in alternative dispute settlement (ADR) especially arbitration, both in Vietnam (such as VIAC) and overseas (such as SIAC). In addition to acting as a corporate lawyer, Mr. Vy is also an arbitrator with the Southern Trade Arbitration Centre (STAC).
