Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang (Partner)

Ms. Giang obtained a LLB at Hanoi Law University and has had some 18 years of experience practing law. Ms. Giang accumulated professional knowledge during the course of providing legal advice to foreign organizations, enterprises and large private companies in Vietnam. Ms. Giang’s main areas of expertise include business and investment consulting, M&A, contract drafting and negotiations, legal procedures for implementing investment projects in the fields of real estate, construction, renewable energy, and etc. Ms. Giang is also an active member of managers’ associations (CEOs) and business communities in Hanoi.
