Position

Lawyer / Trainee Lawyer
(Priority given to candidates who are currently enrolled in or have completed the Lawyer Training Course)

Experience Requirements

• At least 02–03 years of working experience at law firms;

• Experience in civil litigation and commercial/business dispute resolution;

• Experience in working with, communicating with, and representing clients before Courts and/or Arbitration Centers;

• Ability to handle cases independently and proactively.

Job Description

• Provide legal advice to clients on matters relating to civil disputes and commercial/business disputes;

• Act as an authorized representative and participate in proceedings before Courts and/or Arbitration Tribunals to protect clients’ lawful rights and interests;

• Participate in research, legal analysis, and directly handle civil and commercial dispute matters;

• Assist lawyers in providing legal advice related to clients’ business activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduated from a full-time Law degree program;

• Candidates with good English proficiency are preferred;

• Clear career orientation, serious and responsible working attitude;

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, and to perform under pressure;

• Strong skills in presentation, communication, and legal drafting.
