Mr. Nguyen To Vinh has obtained an LLM and graduated from Faculty of International Law – the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and has had many years of experience working as an expert and senior manager, who is in charge of legal work for software production and data processing enterprises as well as companies engaging in manufacturing high-tech products. Mr. Vinh also has extensive experience in training area, especially for broadening specialized legal knowledge for organizations and individuals operating in the legal industry. Mr. Vinh is also an organizer for intensive training courses, which include, among others, training on legal work for businesses, guiding the implementation of M&A procedures, and advising on document drafting and enhancing legal English for legal practitioners, etc.
